Shipping
U.S buyers- All orders placed ship out within 3-5 business days. The tracking number will be emailed as soon as the order ships. For any questions or if you're interested in purchasing an item, you may contact our customer service through the Contact Us form page. International orders: all buyers are responsible for duties, taxes, tariffs, and import charges. 

Returns Policy
Zandatoys will gladly accept returns within 30 days of purchase of new and unused items. Items being returned must be in original packaging and new condition. Returns from buyers remorse or rejected by recipient will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. There will be no refund on shipping and return shipping cost.
Once you receive your order, please inspect it carefully. If you find that your item is defective, damaged or incorrect, you will have to contact us. Please do not return defective or used merchandise without (RMA) Return Authorization Number. Wish to Return your unopened order please Contact Us all returns must first receive an RMA from Zandatoys prior to shipment.

Payments
We accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Visa & Paypal.
Shipping & billing address must be the same no exceptions. 

Warranty
If you believe you have a warranty claim, simply fill out the form in the Contact Us and include all information associated with the claim If you have any technical questions or need technical support please contact us using the "Contact us" form page.
Warranty only covers defects with the materials, workmanship, or assembly at factory only. All replacement parts and warranty approvals are at the sole discretion of Zandatoys.
The warranty does NOT cover breakage due to abuse, improper break-in, improper setup, or improper operation.
Zandatoys does not accept any returns if fuel has been put into the vehicle or if the vehicle has been used in any way.

Import Tariff & Customs Charges Policy

Tariffs, customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply to certain items depending on the U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) regulations.

Important Notice

  • All imported items are subject to customs inspection by U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP).

  • Any tariffs, duties, VAT, GST, brokerage fees, or import taxes imposed by customs are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

  • These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost unless explicitly stated otherwise.

  • We do not control or determine customs fees, tariff rates, or clearance delays once the package is in transit.

Buyer Responsibility

By placing an order, the buyer agrees to:

  • Pay any applicable import duties, tariffs, or taxes required by customs.

  • Respond promptly to customs or carrier requests to avoid delays.

  • Understand that failure to pay required charges may result in delivery delays, return of the item, or abandonment.

Refused or Undeliverable Shipments

  • If a shipment is refused or returned due to unpaid customs or tariff fees, refunds will not include original shipping costs.

  • Additional return shipping or customs fees may be deducted from any eligible refund.
